Delete your Explorer Rank account
You can delete your account and all the data that goes with it at any time — in the app or right here. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
What is deleted
- Your account, sign-in, display name, and profile photo.
- Every verified visit and self-marked place, your score, achievements, and souvenirs.
- Friendships, friend requests, blocks, and your push notification token.
- Messages you sent us through the in-app support form.
What is kept
- Purchase records, in anonymised form with your account identifier removed, so a purchase can still be restored or refunded through the app store.
- Records of fair-play enforcement, and anything the law requires us to keep, only for as long as it is required.
Deletion starts immediately and runs automatically on our servers; it usually finishes within minutes. Crash reports expire from our crash-reporting tool within 90 days.
Delete in the app
Open Explorer Rank, go to Profile → Account → Delete account, and confirm. You will be asked to sign in again if your session is old.
Delete on the web
Sign in below with the account you use in the app. Signing in here proves it is you; nothing is deleted until you confirm on the next step.
